The imperative of socialization in the concept of effective employment
Анотація
The article investigates the theoretical aspects of the formation of the socialized labor . -2017. - 48 market, such a structure of employment, which would enable to implement a model of a socially oriented market economy. The connection of the socialization of the labor market with the provision of effective employment, increase of the effi ciency of labor potential use is shown.
