<p><strong> </strong><em>Theoretical basics of the formation of the agricultural enterprises’ competitive strategies for the purposes of ensuring their competitiveness and performance efficiency are elucidated in the article. The sequence of the formation of competitive strategy is analyzed. The recommendations for application of certain competitive strategies at agricultural enterprises are provided.</em></p>
