The mechanism of formation of strategy of development of the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine in the conditions of a new configuration of the market of machine-building
Анотація
The content of the strategy of formation of development of machine – building enterprises of Ukraine is investigated. The strategy of the enterprise appears as a contractual process, during which there is a search for a compromise between the goals of the enterprise and stakeholders who influence its activities. The content of the strategy of natural infrastructure monopoly is to create conditions for the realization of public interests on a commercial basis, which involves the coordination of socio-economic interests of the enterprise and its stakeholders. This ensures the full implementation of the social functions assigned to the enterprise and limits the possibilities of using the enterprise by stakeholders as a tool for the distribution and redistribution of public resources in their own interests, neglecting the public.
