Анотація
The management of communal property is an important aspect of local self-government, as it affects the efficient use of resources by local communities.In the context of decentralization and reform of Ukraine's administrative-territorial structure, there is a need to improve the regulatory and legal framework for this process.The relevance of the study is determined by the need to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the management of communal property.
