The Development of International Trade Through the Prism of Improvement of Financial and Credit System of Support of Economic Entities in the Agrarian Sector

Анотація

The publication researches the problematics of improvement of financial and credit system of support of economic entities of agrarian sector of economy as defining elements of economical development and security of the State and its regions in the direction of development of the new level of international trade relations. A methodical instrumentarium of crediting of economic entities in the agrarian sector of economy is proposed together with its conceptual, methodical and economic-mathematical contents on the basis of development of the integral technology of support of managerial decisions. The system of financial and credit support of agrarian sector is showed as an active viable system of a certain type in which bodies of the State governance act as a top level element, bodies of regional management are considered as actors of the second-level management (modern communities) and agrarian enterprises as active elements that interact with each other. The proposed instrumentarium of research on crediting of economic entities in the agrarian sector of economy, in contrast to existing ones, envisages interaction of three hierarchical levels of management: macro-, meso- and macro-levels. The instrumentarium is based on the integrated use of economic-mathematical models of evaluation, analysis and planning and is aimed at improving and defining the management scenarios according to priority areas of development of the agricultural sector of economy of the State.
