PENSION SECURITY IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Анотація
The article is devoted to the study of the pension system in Ukraine. The problems inherent in this system and the challenges that may aggravate them have been highlighted. The main problems identified are: depopulation, reduction in the number of insured persons, significant budget deficit of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and others. Attention is focused on the need to change the income policy and introduce a unified approach to the calculation of pensions for all categories of employees, including judges, as well as to strengthen measures to minimize clandestine employment. A number of recommendations have been developed to address these issues and minimize risks.
