ESG-Strategy as a Tool for Business Model Transformation and the Formation of Organizational Responsibility of the Enterprise
Анотація
The article substantiates the role of ESG strategy as a managerial instrument for business model transformation and the formation of organizational responsibility of the enterprise. The limitations of traditional corporate social responsibility approaches are analyzed from the perspective of integrating responsibility principles into the management system. Conceptual differences between CSR and ESG are justified, along with the expediency of using ESG as a tool of managerial influence. The essence of the concept of organizational responsibility of the enterprise is clarified, and managerial processes and decisions through which ESG affects business resilience, adaptability, and competitiveness are systematized.
