INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO MANAGEMENT OF A VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION
Анотація
The article describes the concept of volunteer organization management, focusing on the spread of volunteering among young people in Ukraine.The author analyzes legislative and regulatory acts, theoretical developments and practical materials on the topic of volunteering in Ukraine.The stages and technologies of involving young people in volunteer activities are defined and identified.The study identified two main technologies of volunteer participation: the technology of attracting and the technology of engaging volunteers.The study focuses on the algorithms, key stages, methods and tools presented in the techniques of engaging volunteers during the events of the Building Ukraine Together (BUR) program and the Ukrainian Educational Platform (UEP) in 2021.The authors conclude that volunteering for development uses the skills of volunteers to work with people and communities to improve their quality of life and support their capacity to address poverty and inequality in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.Effective recruitment and training of volunteers ensures that they carry out effective volunteer activities in an equal partnership.Effective volunteerism delivers sustainable improvements for disadvantaged and marginalized communities that are in line with the country's national development agenda and sustainable development goals.
