Financial Sustainability in the System of Strategic Enterprise Management

Анотація

The aim of the article is, using an in-depth study of the influence of modern conditions on the financial sustainability of enterprises, to highlight the role and importance of financial sustainability in the system of strategic enterprise management and present the justification of the ways to strengthen it. The article analyzes theoretical approaches to managing financial sustainability of an enterprise and identifies features of their use under specific conditions. Based on the analysis, factors that can influence effectiveness of financial management of an enterprise aimed at increasing its financial sustainability are described. In the course of the study, it is proved that the mechanism for maintaining and increasing financial sustainability of an enterprise involves carrying out an internal and external analysis of its financial condition as well as calculating a system of financial coefficients. The article examines the processes of managing the balance structure of domestic enterprises in the context of transformational changes and existing approaches to improving their financial sustainability, defines key benchmarks in the system of enterprise strategic management, identifies the ways to finance it, and proves the need to form a corporate financial strategy to ensure financial sustainability of an enterprise.
