Problems of formation of professional competence of agricultural business managers
Анотація
A modern leader should have specific knowledge and the ability to use it in day-to-day business management. Therefore, the professional competence of the leader is one of the most important factors in the innovative development of all spheres of life. All these reasons emphasize the need of the modernization and improvement of the future specialists professional training system. The purpose of our article is to develop theoretically and test experimentally pedagogical system of agribusiness managers professional training. There are analyzed the concept of "professional competence" from the psychological point of view and world standards models of managers competence. Theoretical and practical models of agribusiness managers professional competence are built. The system of training forms and methods, which help to form the agribusiness manager professional competence has been developed. The study clearly demonstrates the need to improve the forms and methods of forming professional competence in higher education and further study of this issue.
