Formation of Comprehensive Adaptive and Innovative Approach to the Development of the Economic Potential of Transport Enterprises

Introduction. The article analyzes the economic potential of enterprises. The constituent elements and systems of forming a comprehensive adaptive-innovative approach to the development of the economic potential of transport enterprises are characterized. The central place in the model is occupied by the reproducible subsystem, which covers the resource-production, financial-economic, personnel-intellectual and organizational-informational segments. Their interaction ensures the comprehensive reproduction of key elements of the potential: modernization of vehicles, optimization of costs, increasing personnel competence and improving logistics and management processes. The key role in the conceptual model of the adaptive-innovative approach is played by the mechanism, which is a comprehensive system aimed at increasing the economic potential of a transport enterprise and its effective use in the conditions of a reproducible economy. The purpose of the article is to study the issues of forming a comprehensive adaptive-innovative approach to the development of the economic potential of transport enterprises. Research methodology. The article uses methods of analysis and synthesis to substantiate the components of the economic potential of an enterprise. Methods of theoretical generalization and grouping are applied to determine the principles and tasks of the mechanism of adaptive-innovative management of the development of the economic potential of transport enterprises in the conditions of a regenerative economy. Results. The elements and components of the conceptual model of the adaptive-innovative approach to the development of the economic potential of transport enterprises in the conditions of a regenerative economy are substantiated. The role of the adaptive-innovative model of the development of economic potential is studied. The mechanism of adaptive-innovative management of the development of the economic potential of transport enterprises in the conditions of a regenerative economy and its components are developed.
