ESG-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE’S AGRICULTURAL SECTOR UNDER CONDITIONS OF SYSTEMIC UNCERTAINTY: THEORETICAL, METHODOLOGICAL, AND APPLICATION ASPECTS
Анотація
The article substantiates the conceptual foundations for the implementation of ESG-oriented management in small and medium-sized enterprises of the agricultural sector. The transformation of the sustainable development concept into an applied management toolkit is revealed, taking into account security and temporal dimensions. An integrated ESG+S management model and a monitoring system architecture for sustainability factors are proposed. It is proven that the implementation of this model enhances adaptability, resilience, and competitiveness of enterprises.
