Institutional and economic toolkit for implementing neoindustrial strategy for processing industry development

Анотація

The article presents the justification for forming a toolkit for implementing a neo-industrial strategy for the development of the processing industry. The analysis of sources allowed us to outline the unexplored aspects of research in the formation of neoindustrial strategies. It is determined that there are not enough tools in the scientific community to increase the efficiency of the processing industry in the era of changes and the advent of new technologies. The article describes the results of the SWOT-analysis and indicates the applied value and purpose of the strategy for the neoindustrial development of the processing industry of Ukraine. Optimistic, pragmatic and pessimistic scenarios of the course of the neo-industrialization processes of the processing industry of Ukraine are formed, and it is also noted that the pragmatic scenario assumes the end of the war in the short term, the gradual recovery of the national economy, an increase in investments and an increase in the volume of production of processing industry products, and the development of high-tech industries. It is determined that the goal of the state policy of neo-industrialization of the processing industry is to achieve a high level of competitiveness of this industry in the domestic and foreign markets. In addition, the article, showing a comprehensive approach to the problem, identifies systemic obstacles, the goal, strategic goals and objectives of the neo-industrial strategy for the development of the processing industry of Ukraine and also proves the importance of forming a state policy to ensure the neo-industrialization of the national economy and the creation of a neo-industrial innovation and technological ecosystem.
