STATE POLICY TO REGULATE THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND OF PROFESSIONALS WITH HIGHER EDUCATION: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
Анотація
The theoretical and methodological approaches and conceptual provisions regarding the state policy of regulation of supply and demand in the labor market of specialists with higher education are considered; a retrospective analysis of the formation and development of the theory and practice of state regulation of education was carried out; the models and instruments of state regulation of higher education in developed countries are summarized, the level of balance of demand and supply in the labor market of specialists with higher education is assessed. A mechanism for the interaction of labor markets and educational services has been developed; proposed directions and measures for improving the state regulation of supply and demand in the labor market of specialists with higher education in Ukraine.
