KEY IDEAS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF COOPERATION BETWEEN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND EMPLOYERS

Анотація

The key ideas for improving the efficiency of cooperation between higher educational establishments and employers are substantiated in the article. It has been found out on the basis of literature analysis that scientists highlight effective experience, disadvantages, promising tasks for optimization of cooperation between higher educational establishments and employers. Summarizing of the obtained information allowed us to highlight the key ideas for optimization of cooperation: the focus of cooperation on the development of region and country; partnership nature of cooperation; normative consolidation of purpose, content, forms of cooperation; orientation on promising cooperation planning; combination of using of domestic and international experience of cooperation and development of its innovative forms; technological support for functioning of the system of cooperation by means of its developed forms; employees' focus on cooperation; solution of the problem of cooperation at four levels - state, regional, sectoral and the level of separate institutions. The article deals with the algorithm of actions of establishing cooperation with employers at the level of the university department. The first step is to identify existing and potential cooperation partners. The second step is to motivate them to activate the cooperation through personal communication, letters, meetings. The third step is the regulatory and organizational definition of cooperation by means of the development of regulatory documents, correction of job duties and creation of certain collegial bodies of representatives of cooperation partners. The fourth step is to develop perspective plans for co-working. The fifth step is to develop criteria and analyze the cooperation process, which can be used as a basis for improvement and correction. The article concludes that updating of the content and forms of cooperation between higher educational establishments and employers can be a significant factor for progress of this sector in education and development of the whole country.
