This analytical report presents the results of the empirical study “CREZI-BANI: Resilient Creativity,” aimed at the comprehensive measurement and analysis of resilient creativity — the integrated capacity of individuals and organizations to preserve, develop, and multiply creative potential under conditions of uncertainty, crises, and change. The study was conducted at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman during April–June 2026 using a quantitative cross-sectional online survey method (N=159 respondents) under the conditions of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. An original two-level model for assessing resilient creativity was developed, encompassing the individual level (IRC), measured through six sub-indices (Creative Drive, Professional Autonomy, Psychological Safety, Creative Potential, Family Synergy, Technological Competence), and the organizational level (ORC), comprising six sub-indices (Organizational Creative Drive, Organizational Psychological Safety, Organizational Dynamism, Infrastructure and Systemic Support, Methodological Maturity, Economic Adaptive Value). The instrument consists of 56 statements rated on a 5-point Likert scale. It was established that individual resilient creativity is at a high level (IRC=3.723 out of 5.00), while the organizational level is lower (ORC=3.498), at the boundary between moderate and high. A systemic organizational gap was identified: 70.4% of respondents demonstrate high individual potential, yet only 50.9% work in organizations with a corresponding level of support. The correlation between IRC and ORC is strong and positive (r=0.673, p<0.001), with IRC explaining 45.3% of ORC variance. Eighteen out of twenty research hypotheses were empirically confirmed. Three most powerful levers of organizational transformation were identified: AI-oriented digital transformation (the difference in ORC between AI-enabled and minimally digitized organizations amounts to nearly 1 point), flexible work format (Remote vs Office: +0.586 to ORC), and a culture of growth rather than stagnation (+0.763 ORC points). Organizational Dynamism was found to be the key predictor of ORC (r=0.892), while Methodological Maturity was identified as the most critical bottleneck (M=3.079, highest polarization). The autonomous role of the family resource as a strategic asset for individual resilience under wartime conditions was confirmed. The results hold scientific value for extending theoretical models of creativity to extreme BANI-world contexts and practical significance for managerial support of post-war recovery and ensuring the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises. Keywords: resilient creativity, BANI world, individual creativity, organizational creativity, psychological safety, digital transformation, resilience, wartime economy, innovation management, Ukraine.
