ENSURING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Анотація

The article studies the competitiveness of a higher education institution in the context of the digital transformation of the quality management system for educational services. The digital transformation of the quality management system for educational services can become a powerful tool for increasing the competitiveness of a higher education institution. The digital transformation of the quality management system for educational services contributes to the development of distance education, which expands access to quality education for various categories of the population. With the help of modern information technologies, many processes related to quality management can be optimized, made more effective and transparent. All these factors indicate that the study of ensuring the competitiveness of a higher education institution in the context of the digital transformation of the quality management system for educational services is timely, relevant and has important practical significance for the development of the higher education system in Ukraine. An analysis of the current state of the quality management system for educational services in Ukrainian higher education institutions is presented. The higher education system in Ukraine is characterized. An assessment of the effectiveness of the existing quality management system for educational services is carried out. The experience of digital transformation of the educational services quality management system in Ukrainian higher education institutions is analyzed. Factors that influence the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the context of digital transformation of the educational services quality management system are identified, in particular internal factors (competence-oriented approach, organizational structure, educational and methodological support, human resources potential, information and technical infrastructure) and external factors (migration, state policy in the field of education, labor market requirements, international standards, competition). Recommendations are provided to increase the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the context of digital transformation and the competency-oriented approach of the educational services quality management system. Directions for adaptation and improvement of the educational services quality management system in the context of digital transformation are identified. Adaptation mechanisms for ensuring the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the educational services market are substantiated. Ways of adapting digital infrastructure and information support of the educational process are presented. Generalized tools for ensuring the quality of distance education and other forms of learning using digital technologies based on a competency-based approach
