Simulation-Optimization Modeling of Interaction Between a High-Tech Enterprise and a Financial and Credit Institution

Анотація

The article attempts to solve the problem of mathematical justification of the organization of innovation in high-tech industrial enterprises in cooperation with financial institutions by decomposition method based on the construction of a set of simulation models with the inclusion of optimization units. The conceptual model of management of innovative activity of the high-tech enterprise in the conditions of interaction with financial and credit institution which allows to make the description of the basic dependences of their joint interaction in the aggregate form is formed and analyzed. It provides research on such dynamic characteristics of the system that help maximize the market value of the company's equity as a general indicator of the efficiency of its activities. Solving nonlinear optimization problems is quite difficult, as it requires the creation of special algorithms. The task is even more complicated when you consider that the parameters of function control depend on time. The interaction of a high-tech enterprise with a financial institution is characterized by a large number of parameters, uncertain structure and many goals. The difficulty of building a model of such systems is the correct statement or formulation of the modeling problem, which requires a comprehensive description of the most important aspects of the object.
