The use of economic and mathematical methods and models in achieving the globalization goals of the green economy and managing the ecological development of bioresources in the agricultural sector
Анотація
The article examines the role of economic and mathematical methods and models in achieving the globalization goals of the green economy and ensuring effective management of the ecological development of bioresources in the agricultural sector. The relevance of the topic is determined by the strengthening of international requirements for sustainable production, decarbonization, rational use of natural resources, and increased environmental responsibility of agribusiness under conditions of global competition and climate challenges. The paper considers the possibilities of applying optimization, balance, econometric, simulation, and forecasting models to substantiate managerial decisions in the use of land, water, and biological resources, as well as to assess the consequences of implementing environmental innovations. It is substantiated that the use of quantitative modeling increases the transparency and effectiveness of bioresource management in agriculture, makes it possible to determine priorities for environmental measures, minimize costs and environmental risks, forecast changes in ecosystem productivity, and develop strategies for adaptation to climate change. Particular attention is paid to integrating environmental performance indicators into the system of economic analysis (emissions, biodiversity loss, soil degradation, renewability level of resources), which ensures a comprehensive vision of the efficiency of agricultural production. It is determined that the implementation of economic and mathematical approaches allows harmonizing national mechanisms of bioresource management with international sustainable development standards and ESG principles, as well as increasing the level of environmental safety and resource resilience of the agricultural sector. Prospects for further research are associated with the development of integrated models for assessing environmental damage and economic benefits, as well as with the digitalization of monitoring and management of bioresources.
