ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНОЇ ЦІЛІСНОСТІ ДЕРЖАВИ В ПРОЦЕСІ РЕФОРМУВАННЯ РЕГІОНАЛЬНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ: ДОСВІД ЄВРОПИ ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
The article presents the analysis of the main causes for inter-regional disparities and aggravation of interethnic contradictions in Ukraine after the independence renewal in 1991, identifies tools for counteracting separatist tendencies in the process of reforming regional administration, taking into account history, internal factors and external threats. The experience of applying asymmetric decentralization model in a number of European countries is considered, the possibilities and the precautionary factors for its implementation in the process of decentralization reform in Ukraine are analyzed.
