Organizational and economical security of enterprise readiness before the implementation of information and technology projects in the minds of innocents
Анотація
It has been established that under conditions of uncertainty, technological volatility, resource constraints, increasing managerial complexity, and growing requirements for digital adaptability in enterprises, readiness to implement information technology projects becomes particularly important. It has been substantiated that the effectiveness of such projects is determined not only by the technical characteristics of a digital solution, the level of IT infrastructure, or the amount of funding, but also by the enterprise’s ability to form in advance organizational, economic, personnel, process, information, technological, and communication prerequisites for its implementation. A theoretical and methodological vision of organizational and economic support for enterprise readiness to implement information technology projects has been developed as a system of managerial actions, resources, procedures, competencies, financial and economic instruments, and coordination mechanisms aimed at creating conditions for effective initiation, planning, implementation, control, and consolidation of digital implementation results. It has been proven that enterprise readiness cannot be considered as a one-time check before the project launch, since under conditions of uncertainty, it has a dynamic nature and requires constant clarification in accordance with changes in the enterprise’s internal capabilities, the state of the external environment, resource constraints, technological requirements, and project implementation risks. It has been substantiated that organizational and economic support for enterprise readiness should include strategic, organizational, economic, personnel, process, information, technological, communication, and risk-oriented components. It has been determined that each of these components performs an independent function. Still, the effectiveness of preparing an enterprise for an information technology project is achieved only if the enterprise and the project team interact in a coordinated manner. It has been established that under conditions of uncertainty, flexible budgeting, scenario planning, resource reservation, preliminary diagnostics of business processes, assessment of employees’ digital competencies, preparation of high-quality data, formation of a project team, communication support, and risk monitoring become particularly important. Keywords: organizational and economic support, enterprise readiness, information technology project, digital transformation, uncertainty, digital maturity, business processes, risks, resources, competencies, change management, economic effectiveness.
