Imperatives of economic support for accelerative relocation of enterprises

Enterprise relocation processes have been studied for almost a century, but due to the constant changes in the conditions and priorities of enterprises, the need for the latest recommendations does not lose relevance, which will ensure without significant losses the movement of the company from a less efficient region of stay to a more profitable one. The purpose of this article is to publish new important development recommendations on the relocation of enterprises in a way that prevents their economic losses. The article substantiates new imperatives of economic support for the relocation of companies. These imperatives are divided into the following groups: theoretical and methodological basis of organizational and economic support for the relocation of enterprises; diagnostics of enterprise relocation processes in Ukraine; organizational basis of economic support for accelerated relocation of Ukrainian enterprises. Within the first group, the following imperatives are assumed: studying the essence of the phenomenon of «enterprise relocation» and special signs of its manifestation; exploration of methods for determining the feasibility of accelerated relocation of the enterprise and assessing its effectiveness; definition of stages and stages of accelerated company relocation processes. The second group includes: determination of the current state and trends in the relocation of enterprises in Ukraine; analysis of performance of enterprises of the reloaded enterprises selected as an information base. The final group of imperatives of the formation of a system for ensuring effective relocation of enterprises provides: organizational design of a system of economic provision of accelerated relocation of enterprises; design of work packages for accelerated relocation of enterprises depending on the method of their movement; forecasting efficiency in the chain «dismantling/movinginput» for individual groups of enterprises and conditions of their relocation.
