ECOLOGICAL COMPONENT IN THE ECONOMIC AND LEGAL POLICY OF THE STATE
Анотація
Purpose. In the modern era of society, which is already called digital due to the widespread use of digital technologies, the environmental impact of the latter is ambiguous: in addition to the positive effect (an opportunity to address hyper-complex tasks), digitalization is also associated with significant risks. The article studies a range of digitalization-driven problems (from the perspective of its effect on the economy and ecology) with the purpose of developing legal means to mitigate the relevant risks.
