METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO EVALUATING BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION EFFECTIVENESS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract. The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of blockchain technology implementation in the system of sustainable development of organizations. The peculiarities of the influence of blockchain technologies on the transformation of management systems, automation of business processes, optimization of information interaction, and ensuring sustainable development of organizations are determined. The article discusses modern scientific approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of blockchain-based technologies implementation, and it is concluded that most existing methodological approaches are focused mainly on separate economic, technical, or informational aspects of digital transformation without comprehensive consideration of organizational, social, and environmental factors. The main unresolved aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of blockchain technology implementation in organizational activities are identified. As a result of the research, a comprehensive methodological approach to evaluating the effectiveness of blockchain technology implementation is proposed, based on the use of economic, organizational, informational, social, and environmental evaluation criteria. A system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of blockchain technology implementation has been developed, and the feasibility of using an integral indicator of digital transformation effectiveness has been substantiated. Approaches to the normalization of evaluation indicators and determination of the level of integral blockchain technology implementation effectiveness are proposed.
