Formation of Principles of National Economy on the Basis of Economic Nationalism
Анотація
Introduction. A highly developed and self-sufficient national economy is an extremely powerful force that allows achieving the most ideal visions of the future for individual citizens and their states. The key factors influencing the formation of an effective national economy are an understanding of its future development on the basis of economic nationalism, the features of the transformation of the nation's thinking and mentality, as well as strategic and tactical decisions regarding the solution of modern problems based on a worldview reset. Theoretical and applied aspects related to the development of principles for building a model of the national economy on nation-centric principles require scientific attention. Goal. Determining the principles of national economic development based on the ideological foundations of economic nationalism in the context of the national liberation war and the establishment of Ukrainian statehood. Method. The theoretical and methodological tools and methods of historical comparison were applied – comparing historical practices of economic development of various ideological constructs; systemic – considering economic objects and subjects as complex systems to study the relationships between elements, which provides a complete and holistic analysis of the national economy; alternative analysis of the best way to use the national mentality to evaluate economic decisions and identify the best strategies for the development of the national economy; generalization and abstract-logical in formulating recommendations and conclusions. Results. The article examines the problematic issues of the development of the national economy, which require adequate solutions in the conditions of modern ideological challenges. The historical and causal context of the development of the national economy of Ukraine is analyzed. The importance of the identity of the economic model is highlighted, which is usually formed through the prism of the national worldview, upbringing, education and historical memory of the continuity of statehood of each people. The principles of the national economic model are systematized on the basis of economic nationalism. The main global development trends that are derived from the national interests of individual states are considered. The significance of the system of national values and principles of statehood and management in the development of the economy is analyzed. The importance of the dominance of strategic national economic interests over the mercantile and short-term interests of enterprise owners and their oligarchic groups is established.
