The study introduces the GeoMindLAB Stability Index (GSI) as an authorial spatial intelligence model for assessing territorial stability under conditions of uncertainty.The model integrates geospatial data, GeoAI-driven analytics, risk modeling, and digital twin technologies to transform heterogeneous data into structured spatial intelligence.It supports risk identification, resilience assessment, and adaptive territorial planning.
