Анотація
The authors provides a thematic review of research by domestic and foreign scientists on the introduction of a reduced working week and the study of the impact of this on productivity and the human body. It is noted that the Constitution of Ukraine guarantees citizens the right to work and rest. The norms of working hours during the week in Ukraine for different age categories of citizens are analyzed. It is studied that despite the existing signs of mental burnout at work among most Ukrainians, employers are not yet ready to introduce a reduced working week.
