In today's turbulent world, where powerful changes are occurring at breakneck speed, the development of enterprises largely depends on the ability of managers to make effective decisions in conditions of uncertainty, chaos, and the new normal.In this context, entropy plays a key role as the driving force behind transformation and innovative development.It is important to note that the concept of entropy, originally from thermodynamics and information theory, in a philosophical interpretation, reflects a natural tendency towards disorganization and chaos, while simultaneously opening new horizons for order and structuring.Today, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a tool for managing this interaction [1-2].In this sense, entropy in enterprise development can be viewed not only as a threat to stability but also as a source of creative potential.Just as Hegel's dialectic presents thesis, antithesis, and synthesis, entropy in the business environment can serve as the antithesis to stable order, where innovative solutions-the synthesis-emerge at the intersection, facilitated by AI.AI enables the transformation of chaos into controlled development through tools that allow the structuring of disorder.With its capacity to process vast amounts of data and analyze complex relationships, AI acts as a philosophical demiurge, modeling and organizing the chaos of market processes.The use of AI leads to new approaches to strategy development that transcend empirical boundaries and enter the realm of higher-order analysis.This process resembles a transcendental shift from the immanent to the transcendent, where businesses, with the help of AI, overcome human limitations in analysis and unlock new opportunities.Managing entropy with the help of AI can be understood through the lens of synergetics, a theory that examines self-organization in complex systems.AI allows businesses to optimize strategies under uncertainty, creating new points of order at the edge of chaos.This underscores the idea that chaos and order are not opposites but rather interact as elements of a unified system capable of evolution.Thus,
