Modeling of the E-Commerce Impact on the Employment in EU
Анотація
The high pace of e-commerce development caused dramatic changes in the labor market and employment structure in EU countries. The active introduction of modern technologies and e-commerce instruments significantly influenced business processes and caused great changes in labor supply and demand. Based on the econometric modeling, regression equations, that confirmed hypothesis applied to the ICT and e-commerce impact on the employment rate, were generated. Determining the nature of the e-commerce and ICT on the labor market in EU will provide an opportunity to predict the high-skilled personnel employment rate in this field.
