DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS MODELS OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES IN THE ERA OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE
Анотація
The article examines the features of the development of business models of economic entities in the context of the digital transformation of the economy of Ukraine. It is substantiated that digitalization changes the logic of value creation, delivery and monetization, transforms interaction with consumers, forms new platforms for cooperation and competition and promotes the transition of business to ecosystem formats. It is shown that data, innovation, speed of adaptation, automation of processes, development of digital competencies of personnel and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies are of key importance. The stages of development of digital business models are revealed and the managerial aspects of their transformation are determined. It is noted that digital reconfiguration of business models can ensure increased competitiveness, sustainability and ability of Ukrainian enterprises to integrate into the global economic space.
