Speciality of food products supply chain management under martial law in Ukraine

Анотація

The article study the impact of military actions in Ukraine on the food and transport sectors, both in the world and in Ukraine, also the speciality of formation food products supply chains under such conditions are examined. The procedure for international road transportation is also defined. Emphasized that effective food products supply chain management and, as a result, the availability of necessary food products on store shelves, prevents consumers from panick. The article formulates conclusions and develops proposals for effective food products supply chain management. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the conceptual provisions of management and the theory of logistics, analytical reports of international organizations and well-known global companies in the field of logistics and transportation.The method of comparative analysis, synthesis and generalization was used to determine the state of food products supply chains.
