The rapid development of the global economy, the intensification of international trade, and the expansion of digital technologies significantly transform the conditions of enterprise functioning.In a highly dynamic and competitive global environment, the efficiency of enterprise management systems becomes a key determinant of competitiveness, sustainability, and successful participation in international business.In this context, the formation of effective management mechanisms and analytical tools for diagnosing management performance acquires particular importance.The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of enterprise management systems under the conditions of globalization, economic transformation, and the growing complexity of international business activities.The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations for forming a system of indicators for diagnosing the effectiveness of enterprise management aimed at supporting the development of international business within the global economic system.
