The Marshall Plan as the Path for a Country to Industry-4.0

Анотація

In the research, the information about a gradual transition from classic Industry - 3.0 to Industry - 4.0 (the Fourth industrial revolution) with the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in a productive process is given. It is shown that a problem of country authentication to Industry-4.0 type by the level of development, productive possibilities, and intellectual potential. The special consideration is given to the countries, where the Marshal Plan concept was implemented. In addition, this study is also applicable to Ukraine and Bulgaria. The analysis of correlation changes for services and commodity volumes is performed on a considerable interval of time. The changes of GDP is also analyzed using the purchasing power parity (PPP). Conclusions show a substantial influence on the level of development for countries that used the Marshall Plan on the basis.
