Consulting in Enterprise Economic Resilience Mechanisms
Анотація
This study examines the role and functions of consulting within enterprise economic resilience mechanisms under conditions of increasing turbulence in the global and national economic environment. The methodological basis comprises a theoretical generalisation of scholarly approaches to economic resilience, an analysis of analytical reports by international institutions (FEACO, the World Economic Forum, McKinsey & Company), and the interpretation of empirical data from SME support programmes in Ukraine (EU4Business). The research structures the key dimensions of enterprise resilience (financial, operational, digital, organisational, strategic, and risk-oriented) and aligns them with core consulting practices. The findings indicate that consulting support contributes not only to short-term economic performance but also to the development of dynamic organisational capabilities – anticipation, adaptation, and recovery. Empirical evidence demonstrates higher turnover and employment growth rates among enterprises that received comprehensive advisory support compared with those relying solely on financial instruments. The study concludes that consulting constitutes an integral component of enterprise economic resilience mechanisms.
