Holistic Vision as a Driver of Inspiring Intuition for the Implementation of Innovative Projects

The role and place of a holistic vision in the management of projects for the creation of information technologies for the organization’s development are considered. A conceptual model of a holistic vision in the processes of managing innovative projects is given. The influence of a holistic vision on the life cycle of innovative projects regarding the development of knowledge and management technologies is determined. The key competencies and strategic priorities of the organization regarding the implementation of the sustainable development strategy are considered. In the process of research, two models of sustainable development were chosen based on the application of innovative projects. The first model “Framework for Strategic Sustainable Development (FSSD)” defines three levels of creative competencies – linear, literal and holistic. Within the framework of this model, the qualitative effects of individual competencies on the formation of a holistic vision are determined by way of example. The second model is related to the application of the system of knowledge and competencies for the management of innovative projects and P2M programs. Within this model, priority competencies are defined, which form a holistic vision of project managers. A model of the effects of a holistic vision on inspiring intuition in the processes of implementing innovative projects and programs was built within the framework of the assessments.
