Анотація

The development of Ukrainian society in recent decades has been accompanied by significant socio-economic and political transformations, changes in life priorities, moral concepts and norms.Today, the formation of a system of theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of management, the development of communication skills, which make it possible to engage in administrative and management activities, is extremely relevant.The manager's work requires an effective exchange of information, which is carried out during communications.Therefore, the article reveals the importance and necessity of information communication management as the main component of the management activity of the manager of an educational institution.The interpretation of such concepts as "management", "information", "communication channel" is provided.It was determined that the purpose of communication is understanding and making sense of the transmitted information.After all, information can often be distorted during transmission, which causes it to be misunderstood and, as a result, to make the wrong decision.Therefore, the information must be reliable, timely, complete and relevant.Information requirements are not the same at different stages of the management process.Thus, when defining goals, the volume of information, its scientific and technical novelty, and completeness are of great importance.When assessing the situation, the structure of information is important, which makes it possible to use a systematic approach to analyze the situation.The types of communication channels and organizational communications that are important in the management activities of the head of the institution are detailed.
