MODELLING OF FORECAST CHANGES IN THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS INDICATORS OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE INFLUENCE OF STAKEHOLDERS

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the importance of indicators of investment attractiveness of construction companies, taking into account the influence of stakeholders on the development of regional and national economies. The research objective has been achieved in terms of modelling forecast changes in indicators of investment attractiveness of construction companies, taking into account the influence of stakeholders. The following tasks have been solved: identification of stakeholders of construction companies; justification of directions for modelling forecast changes in the indicators of investment attractiveness of construction companies, taking into account the influence of stakeholders; presentation of the results of modelling forecast changes. The areas of growth of the integral indicator of the level of investment attractiveness of construction companies have been identified by increasing: the stakeholder indicator by 2% in the range from 2.98 relative units to 3.4 relative units; the factor characterising the impact of the consequences of hostilities on the functioning of construction companies and their participation in overcoming these consequences – by 1% in the range from 3.14 relative units to 3.23 relative units; the environmental factor – by 1% in the range from 3.09 relative units to 3.22 relative units. As a result of the study, the theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the level of investment attractiveness of construction companies has been improved, which is determined by information and analytical support and a multi-level system of indicators, which, unlike the existing ones, made it possible to obtain a generalised assessment of the level of investment attractiveness. An approach to forecasting changes in the integral indicator of the level of investment attractiveness of construction companies has been substantiated, based on the results of economic and mathematical modelling, which made it possible to determine the ranges for the growth of investment attractiveness, taking into account the economic trajectories of the construction sector and the activities of construction companies, the directions of investment activity, the influence of environmental and security factors, and the use of investment and innovation resources. The processes of economic and mathematical modelling of factors shaping the investment attractiveness of construction companies have been further developed, which, unlike the existing ones, has made it possible to determine the level of their impact on the integral indicator for forming a quantitative basis for forecasting a general criterion for ensuring investment attractiveness.
