THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF FORMING THE PRINCIPLES OF FUNCTIONING OF A NON-INFLATIONARY HIGHLY EFFICIENT MACROECONOMIC SYSTEM BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF A NEW COSMIC WORLDVIEW

Анотація

The purpose of the research is to increase the socio-economic development of society through the development of scientific principles for the functioning of the macroeconomic system. The methodology consists in using a philosophical-humanistic approach and an intuitive-sensory perception of reality, which are based on a new scientific worldview - the "philosophy of cosmic reality", without which no system of knowledge can exist. The results. It is shown how commodity and monetary flows will be directed under the conditions of the functioning of the model of a highly efficient national economy. It is proved that the gross domestic product should correspond to the purchasing power of the population. There should be only mutual supply or trade for gold between countries. No foreign investments in monetary form should enter the country. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time, a methodology of a new scientific worldview has been adopted to develop the principles of socio-economic development of the state. At the same time, scientifically based principles and rules of functioning of the macroeconomic system that are completely different from the existing economic model have been used. The main principle for economic science should be the understanding of human development as the main goal of planetary evolution, and not as a means for the production and consumption of material goods. It is not scientific and technological progress that should be given priority, but moral and ethical progress. The model does not contain such pseudo-economic categories as “profit”, “interest”, “rent”, the price of goods is determined according to other principles, a new and very simple taxation system has been proposed, the amount of money in the system is constant and does not increase. The conceptual and terminological apparatus has been further developed, which allows forming the corresponding theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of highly efficient functioning of the national economy. Practical significance. The transition to the proposed macroeconomic model will allow us to forever forget about the existence of crisis phenomena in the economy, maximally accelerate its development, and increase the annual economic effect by at least several trillion hryvnias.
