SPECIFICS OF THE MARXIST AXIOMATICS OF THE DOCTRINES OF SOCIALIST AND COMMUNIST CONSTRUCTION OF THE CPSU AND CPC

Modern social studies, which are focused on an adequate understanding of the leading tendencies in the development of the PRC at the beginning of the 21st century and clarification of the role of the CPC and its political doctrine in these processes, place a great deal of emphasis on the theoretical evaluation of the philosophical and political-ideological postulates of modern Chinese Marxism, an ideologically unbiased comprehension of the essence of the CPC programme documents, as well as the development and introduction into the scientific discourse of the appropriate research methodology for these tasks. The purpose of the paper is to identify and provide characteristics by conducting a concrete-historical and systematic comparative analysis of the fundamental socio-philosophical postulates, political imperatives, and ideological guidelines outlined in the programme documents of the Communist Party of China and the Soviet Union in relation to the distinctive attributes of contemporary Marxism with Chinese characteristics ("adaptation of Marxism to the Chinese context") as the most effective variant in world history for modernizing and nationalizing the axiomatics of Marx and Lenin's theoretical model of social development and improving the theoretical and ideological foundations of the doctrine of the ruling Communist Party. As a result of the scientific research, novel theoretical and methodological guidelines for a systematic examination of contemporary Chinese Marxist socio-political theory were identified and developed. The ideational-theoretical and ideological foundations of Soviet Marxism-Leninism and modern Chinese (Sinicized) Marxism, which turned out to be the most influential Marxist meta-narratives in the history of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries, were compared and analyzed using the methodology of socio-political and philosophical cognition improved and adapted to the specifics of the object of research. The essence and features of their socio-political axiomatics were revealed, along with a detailed description and assessment of the main differences between the program provisions of the CPSU and the CPC regarding the interpretation of the logic of the processes of building socialism in a particular country and its further transition to the phase of communism. Methodology of the research is based on the principles of concrete-historical, systematic, structural-functional, comparative, discursive, content analysis, prescriptions and requirements of the scientific approach. Practical implications. The implication of the analysis results presented in the research may contribute to improving the effectiveness of further studies on the logic of development and specifics of interpretation of Marxist ideas in modern China, optimising the theoretical platform, and expanding the methodological and conceptual tools for scientific and deideologized reconstruction of the processes of modernization of Marxist teaching (Sinicized Marxism) in the PRC during the second half of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries, as well as a conceptual understanding of the essence of the provisions of the strategic project of the Communist Party of China: "building socialism with Chinese characteristics". Value/originality. The proposed methodology and theoretical generalisations, as well as the factual information for the community of social and political scientists, may be of particular relevance for a scientifically balanced, ideologically unbiased and adequate understanding of the history and logic of the development of philosophical and socio-political thought in the USSR and the PRC, as well as a heuristic understanding of the general political projects and doctrines of socialist and communist construction in the CPSU and CPC.
