Introduction. The full-scale aggression against Ukraine has caused profound structural transformations of the national economy, which have been particularly acute in the trade sector. Disruption of logistics chains, loss of production capacities, relocation of enterprises, changes in consumer behavior, and increased currency and inflation risks have necessitated a review of traditional business partnership models. Problem Statement. The relevance of the study is driven by the disruption and reconfiguration of logistics chains, business relocation, inflation and exchange-rate volatility, energy constraints, and shifts in consumer behavior, which necessitate revising traditional contracting practices and developing risk-resilient partnership networks. The purpose is to justify the theoretical and methodological principles of transforming partnership models in trade and to identify directions for improving their effectiveness and resilience. Methods. The methodological basis of the research includes systemic and functional approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, and logical generalization. Results. The study analyzes the impact of martial law and macroeconomic shocks on the operation of trade enterprises; summarizes the evolution of forms and mechanisms of business partnership; identifies key transformation drivers (logistical, financial, digital, and institutional); and formulates practical recommendations for building adaptive partnership relations. The findings reveal a shift from a stable long-term contractual model to an adaptive, network-based, and risk-oriented partnership system. Its key features include flexible agreements, diversification of counterparties and routes, localization of supply, expanded financial instruments (payment deferrals, trade credit, factoring), more proactive risk management, and accelerated digitalization of interaction. Conclusions. A conceptual model of business partnership transformation in trade is proposed, integrating external challenges, transformation factors, and internal cooperation mechanisms, and aimed at enhancing supply continuity, liquidity, and enterprise competitiveness. The practical significance of the results lies in the applicability of the proposed approaches to the development of crisis-response interaction protocols and the strengthening of resilient partnership networks in the trade sector.
