The experience of the European Union in implementation of the youth's rights and interests
Анотація
The article examines the questions of the mechanism of the protection youth's rights and interests in the sphere of implementation of youth policy on the experience of the European Union. There are detemnned the principles of y outh policy in the EU, opened the features of the mechanism for its implementation and provided analyses of the legal basis of EU. It is proved the expediency of using the experience of EU for creation Ukrainian national youth policy.
