Анотація
The article considers the theoretical and methodological basis of innovative changes that affect the transformation of the enterprise management system in the context of digitalization. The article provides an essential characteristic of innovative changes and transformation of enterprise management systems, which determines the primacy of innovative changes in the enterprise management system, which cause a controlled process of its transformation based on convergent changes under the influence of factors of the external and internal environment, which provides a variety of innovative approaches, methods, tools. It is proved that the economic content of innovative changes has changed due to the rapid development of information technologies and digitalization of the business environment, which creates new tasks for management systems.
