Legal status of local authorities according to the legislation of Poland and Ukraine
Анотація
The article analysis the legal status of local authorities subjects according to the legislation of Poland and Ukraine. The author makes a conclusion on nеccessity to define the local authority as a territorial community only and assign a legal status after it.
