Анотація
This theses examines leadership and professional competence of public servants. Leadership in the public service is analyzed, which is based on the values of publicity, integrity and responsibility, and also acts as a mechanism for forming a management culture. Special attention is paid to the role of innovation and modernization in public administration. The work is aimed at substantiating the need to develop managerial leadership and personnel potential.
