ІТЕРАЦІЙНИЙ КЛАСТЕРНИЙ АНАЛІЗ K-MEANS ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ СЕГМЕНТАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЖКГ ЗА РІВНЕМ ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ЇХ РОЗВИТКУ

Анотація

The purpose of the article is to study the essence of the cluster approach to the development of business development strategies and determine the need for its use for segmentation of housing and communal services enterprises taking into account the specific features of their activity (enterprise monopoly, state regulation of tariff policy, emergency depreciation of fixed assets, etc.). Methodology of research. According to the criterial indicators of the provision of strategic block measures, the segmentation of the enterprises of housing and communal services of the Poltava region was carried out on segments of dominant, perspective, favorable, sufficient and weak position of development potential management by means of iterative cluster analysis of K-means. The optimal selection of cluster numbers was confirmed by the construction of an agglomeration scale and dendrogram of clusters. Findings. The results of clusterization formed the basis of the matrix of assigning the enterprise to the corresponding segment of the strategy of management of development potential by the main characteristics of the activity. The study of the filling of clusters according to the criteria of the Kraskers–Wallis test highlights the dependence of the level of developmental potential from the sphere of activity (water supply, drainage, heat supply and maintenance of houses and adjoining areas). Practical value. The results show that the method of iterative cluster analysis K-Means is an effective tool for making decisions on identifying priority personalized strategies for managing the potential of housing development enterprises, and is characterized by ease of use and novelty of the problem-solving approach.
