Investments in the development of human resources of an enterprise in the conditions of digital transformations
Анотація
The article considers the essence and functions of human resources of an enterprise, since in the conditions of rapid market development, technological progress and intensification of competition, it is human resources that are the foundation of competitiveness and long-term sustainability of enterprises. The well-being of any enterprise is inextricably linked with its employees. Therefore, investments in the development of human resources should be perceived not as ancillary costs, but as strategic investments that have the same weight as capital investments in tangible assets. The proposed algorithm for the process of investing in the development of human resources of an enterprise includes the formation of a strategy, assessment of digital competencies, financing of training/technology, implementation of projects and assessment of efficiency. It was found that investments in human resources are aimed at obtaining future profits for investors due to their growth. The stages of the approach to the investment attractiveness of human resources of an enterprise in the conditions of digital transformation are substantiated.
