Анотація
The BCG Matrix is a tool for strategic portfolio analysis of the market position of goods, enterprises and divisions in terms of their market growth and market share. Such a tool as the BCG matrix is now widely used in management, marketing and other areas of the economy (and only). The BCG matrix was developed by experts from the Boston Consulting Group, a management consulting firm in the late 1960s led by Bruce Henderson. The matrix owes its name to this company. In addition, the Boston Consulting Group matrix has become one of the first tools of portfolio analysis. Method. Analysis of absolute and relative indicators, equalization analysis, method of economic and mathematical modeling.
