ON THE QUESTION OF INCREASING THE ROLE OF LABOR AS THE SOLE SOURCE OF CREATING ALL GOODS, AND REDUCING TO A MINIMUM THE ROLE OF MONEY AS JUST A CONVENIENT MEDIATORY MEANS FACILITATING THE EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Анотація

The purpose of the study is to find ways to increase the efficiency of economic activity of members of society by streamlining their labor contributions to the socio-economic development of the state and receiving equal remuneration for their work. The methodology consists of using logical-sensory perception of reality, moral and ethical laws, and the principle according to which man is the highest achievement of life on Earth and everything should be aimed at his further improvement, including socio-economic development. Results. Based on critical analysis, the author's approach to socio-economic development is proposed. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the negative impact of the financial system, in the form in which it currently exists, on socio-economic development has been proven. Instead of helping the development of the economic system, it, on the contrary, slows it down, leads to the emergence of crisis phenomena and contributes to the enrichment of oligarchs. The work uses scientifically based principles and rules for the functioning of the macroeconomic system, which are completely different from existing economic models. The macroeconomic system should be based on the basic laws of nature, and not on invented pseudo-economic categories such as «profit», «interest» and «rent», which do not correspond at all to the basic principles of humanism and «moral and ethical» progress. The work further developed the conceptual and terminological apparatus, which allows forming the appropriate theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of highly efficient functioning of the macroeconomic system. Practical significance. A more effective economic model is proposed, in which real work, which creates all kinds of material and spiritual values, comes to the fore, rather than the financial system, which is relegated to the background — only as a service system. This will allow for the maximum acceleration of the socio-economic development of the state and increase the national GDP by several trillion hryvnias.
