QUALIMETRIC FACTOR-CRITERION SUBMODEL FOR ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION PARTICIPANTS

Анотація

Abstract. The article examines the scientific and methodological principles of building a qualimetric factor-criteria submodel for assessing the level of digital development of construction participants. It is emphasized that modern transformation processes in the construction industry of Ukraine necessitate the systematic implementation of digital technologies, in particular, information modeling (BIM), elect-ronic management systems, cloud platforms and integrated databases. At the same time, enterprises in the industry are characterized by different levels of readiness for digitalization, which complicates the development of unified approaches to strategic development management. In this context, the proposed submodel allows quantitatively assessing the degree of digital maturity of construction companies and other participants in the investment and construction process. The methodological basis of the study is a qualimetric approach, which involves building a system of factors and criteria that comprehensively reflect the key areas of digitalization. The model structure includes five factors: organizational and managerial, technological, information and communication, personnel and innovation and investment. For each of them, a group of criteria is defined that are sub-ject to quantitative assessment on a scale, and a weighting mechanism is also proposed. The integral indicator of digital development is calculated by aggregating assessments by factors and allows classi-fying enterprises by levels of digital maturity - from initial to high. The practical significance of the developed submodel lies in the possibility of its use by state administra-tion bodies, construction companies and developers to monitor the level of digitalization, form develop-ment strategies, determine priority areas of investment and increase competitiveness in the market. The results of the study contribute to the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations of the digital transformation of the construction industry and create a basis for the further development of comprehensive assessment tools in the digital economy.
