Анотація
The historical and psychological aspects of the Ukrainian society democraticness are outlined. Psychological specificities of person’s development in democratic and authoritarian societies are contrasted. Components of human happiness experience are analyzed in the context of social life. Key words: happiness, will, values, democratic society, authoritarianism.
